Terms & Conditions

TOPEXE services, discounts, and promotions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and are differentiated by service. TOPEXE reserves the right to modify and/or update all stated Terms and Conditions. Should this be the case, such modifications and/or updates will be published in this section and will only be valid if they are expressed herein.

These Terms and Conditions are valid as of September 01, 2019.

Business Services

Headhunting

  1. Before starting the service, the signing of an agreement by the company and TOPEXE is required. Such agreement is provided by TOPEXE.
  2. The service charge is plus VAT.
  3. The company will pay only for success, that is, TOPEXE will issue an invoice if the company hires the executive.
  4. The company undertakes to pay the total invoice in a period not exceeding 7 calendar days.
  5. In the event that the final selected executive is worth more than defined by the company, TOPEXE will charge what the company has budgeted before providing the service.
  6. TOPEXE undertakes that if in the first three executives the company does not find the right one, the company will receive a 10% discount at the time of success-fee.
  7. In case of cancellation or standby of the position, TOPEXE will charge 5% plus VAT of the annual gross salary offered to it.
  8. A single substitution applies from the paid invoice.
  9. 90 calendar day guarantee. This is only valid if the invoice has been paid in full by the company within 7 days or before the 90 calendar days of the guarantee's validity and additionally there are no prior debts.
  10. In case of replacement by guarantee, if the new selected executive costs more, TOPEXE would not charge additionally. Also, if it costs less, TOPEXE would not make any refund.
  11. Once the proposal has been approved, by the client, for TOPEXE to carry out the headhunting service, there is no negotiation in its terms and the salary scheme for the selected executive.

Recruitment & Selection by Event

  1. Before starting the service, the signing of an agreement by the company and TOPEXE is required. Such agreement is provided by TOPEXE.
  2. The service charge is plus VAT.
  3. The company will pay only for success, that is, TOPEXE will issue an invoice if the company hires the executive.
  4. The company undertakes to pay the total invoice in a period not exceeding 7 calendar days.

Recruitment & Selection by Fee

  1. Recruitment by equal can be done for a minimum period of 3 months and up.
  2. Before starting the service, the signing of an agreement by the company and TOPEXE is required. Such agreement is provided by TOPEXE.
  3. The service charge is plus VAT.
  4. TOPEXE will issue an invoice upon signing the agreement.
  5. The company undertakes to monthly pay the total invoice in a period not exceeding 7 calendar days.
  6. The 10% discount on the payment does not apply to the success-fee granted by TOPEXE in case the company does not find the right executive in the first three executives.
  7. Once the company has paid the monthly the service, in case of cancellation of the service by fee, TOPEXE will charge 50% plus VAT if the cancellation was made during the first 10 calendar days of paying the invoice. After that period, TOPEXE will not make any refund.
  8. The necessary substitutions apply for each covered position.

Executive Services

Search & Placement

  1. Before starting the service, the signing of an agreement by the executive and TOPEXE is required. Such agreement is provided by TOPEXE.
  2. The service charge is plus VAT.
  3. TOPEXE will issue an invoice upon signing the agreement.
  4. The executive undertakes to monthly pay the total invoice in a period not exceeding 7 calendar days and the service is not provided while it is not settled.
  5. TOPEXE undertakes that if the executive does not get a minimum of 5 job appointments during the 90 calendar days of the service, the executive will receive a refund of 10% of what he paid at the end of that time.
  6. Once the executive has paid the service, in case of cancellation, TOPEXE will charge 50% plus VAT if the cancellation was made during the first 30 calendar days of the service. After that period, TOPEXE will not make any refund.
  7. The service will last 90 calendar days after the invoice has been paid.

Coaching

  1. Before starting the service, the signing of an agreement by the executive and TOPEXE is required. Such agreement is provided by TOPEXE.
  2. The service charge is plus VAT.
  3. TOPEXE will issue an invoice upon signing the agreement.
  4. The executive undertakes to monthly pay the total invoice in a period not exceeding 7 calendar days and the service is not provided while it is not settled.
  5. TOPEXE undertakes that if the executive, objectively, has not reinvented himself, has an optimized curriculum and the appropriate tools to perform his job search during the 15 calendar days of the service, the executive will receive a 20% refund of what he paid at the end of that time..
  6. Once the executive has paid the service, in case of cancellation, TOPEXE will charge 50% plus VAT if the cancellation was made during the first 5 calendar days of the service. After that period, TOPEXE will not make any refund.
  7. The service will last 15 calendar days after the invoice has been paid.
